Actually a player has the right to do whatever he wants. It doesn't mean he will get it, but his right to speak cannot be taken away. If Edmonton wanted Pronger all they had to do was not trade him. He wanted a trade and they followed through. He didn't leave Edmonton and they have the right to demand whatever they want. Just because demands are laid down, doesn't mean the team has to follow through. You just said yourself that it is a legal contract. Get your facts straight.

So instead of making any constructive comments or CORRECT statistic or forming ANY type of arguements you tell me to shut up.

I honestly didn't care who won the Cup this year. I jsut wanted to see some good hockey and didn't b/c Emery was terrible.

I don't have a bias against any team.

Alffy was probably one of few Sens that showed up.

I just realized that Penssuck IS archion!!
Penssuck appeared but a few days AFTER Archion113 was banned. His posts to date have been mostly totally anti-Pens, ESPECIALLY whenever I (who he knows fabricated, with JuicemaN's initial attempt, his banning) make a post, especially involving the Pens, and especially involving Crosby!

Let's Keep TWO eyes on this guy...

5 years ago I was cheering Dick Tarnstrom on as the Pens scoring leader. I just wasn't stupid enough to say our team was good or boast about their poorness. But I still watched, and sighed, alongside with them.

Pens should do well. Not cup final well tho. What tools will they have this year that would prevent Ottawa from thrashing them again? Nothing.

Then again, one regular season injury and things could start going the way of the basement.

You don't have to say Pens suck, I'm a leaf fan and I don't say Sens or Habs suck.

No offense, but that whole "I have to hate the team closest to me" crap is immature and often makes many intelligent sports fans look like idiots. It makes no sense and only makes you look as bad as the Pens fans who say "Flyers suck".

As of right now the pens don't suck because they have 5 of the best 30 hockey players in the league: Crosby, Malkin, Staal (will be one of the best) Fluery and Whitney. If you had the exact team Pittsburgh has but they were all playing for Philledelphia you wouldn't say "tell me why the flyerz don't suck?" because you'd think they were the best thing since sliced bread. No matter what kind of team pittsburgh has you'll still say they suck....just like idiot leaf fans, idiot sens fans and idiot Habs fans will say about each other....no matter if it's an entire team of crosby's they'll still say it....and that's why it's immature and makes people look so dumb.

As a Leaf fan I'm supposed to hate the Flyers...and while I don't like them (no particular reason I have just never liked Bobby Clark and perhaps that will change in time now that he's no longer the GM), but I don't prance around saying "flyers suck flyers suck" like a 10 year old runnig around the school playground.

No offense, I'm actually not directing this at you at all, but directing it at everyone that does what I've talked about above.

As for Crosby's 30 points against philly....I dount it was that much if it was even 15 points...but still a point is a point and you can't not award him the trophy because he got so many points against a bad team. Every Eastern team had the chance to play Philly and rack up their points and he was the best at it...which makes him the best (not to mention he scored the most against pretty much every team). Thornton (as much as I like him) got to play both LA and Phoenix 8 times each....he had his chance to rack up his points too, but he didn't turn it on until the second half of the season. Crosby had to face NY teams and New Jersey...that division was just as difficult as San Jose's division.

I don't understand what it is that people have against Crosby, he's 19...of course he's going to whine, what were you like when you were 19? I'm sure you were no Joe Sakic.

When the Flyers do get better, Crosby will be better as well...give the kid some credit.
