I think Suter will be a Red Wing and Parise remains in Jersey. Suter in Detroit makes too much sense.

Did anyone hear Troy Ward's comments after the marlies game last night, for those that don't know, he is the head coach of the Abbotsford Heat. He was so bitter about the loss to the marlies that he made a comment about how "if they paid a light bill then the arena would be bright enough for his goalie to make save".

I've heard some stupid comments from coaches in the past, but that was bizarre. and this guy looks like weirdo as well.

I see Kulemin getting a slight raise on his current contract. Not much but a slight bumping him into the 3 mill range.

Frattin gets a a cap hit in the 1.8 million to 2.3 million. He is still unproven so I can't see anything more then this.

Franson I would be happy with 1.5 to 1.9 million He has the potential to be in the top 4 and he does like the leafs. Ideally if we could ship out say Komisarek it could open up a spot for him.

What do you think Kulemin will get resigned for? I mean, he's definitely a player worth resigning, and if his contract was up before this past season I could see him making 4-5 per. However, we're all aware of his less than inspired year (28pts in 70 GP). What is he worth?

I'd love to see his go with a 4-5 year deal at 3.5 per. Might be a bit risky, but if he returns to form we could have him for a steal at 3.5. I doubt he'd go that long for that low, but his value isn't exactly up there right now.

Leafs also have Frattin and Franson to re-up, but they shouldn't make too much more. Maybe 2-2.5 for Frattin and 1-1.5 for Franson, depending on the term. Both are a bit over their minimum qualifying offers (the lower number, obviously).
