Agreed. Not a knock against Iggy, but my top would be about $3.5-$4mil per over 2-3 years. Anything higher…not interested.

If you are gonna sign Iggy, it is gonna cost and BIG. we are talking 7.5-8.5 mil, IMO. and depending on the length of the deal this may cost you to trade other assets. While at one time Iggy would have been my choice of a player to start a franchise around, his time has passed. Let other teams fight and over pay for him, then fleece them in a trade for a player they can suddenly not afford.
