I agree he can be a very offensive defensman at times and the Flames are using him on the PP…… its working out great…… but look at his stats in Chicago. In 2 seasons, very ingury plagued, he had 22 points and was -35, in 92 games. This season in Calgary he has 22 points in only 43 games and is +9. He didn't help Chicago's back end when he was there, even though he had the talent too.

and another thing. Is Maurice blind, why would you play Kubina on the PP, he is horrible. Watching the last 5 games, you can clearly see the improvment of Stralman, he should be the man with Kaberle on the PP.

I hope its Kaberle. I've seen every game this year so far and man this guy does not know a thing about hitting or defensive coverage. He is offensively gifted, but I believe he hurts the Leafs in the D-zone. He played horrible last night, everytime he was on the ice it created chances for Boston. Kubina was another one. Never thought I would say this, but I can't wait for McCabe to return, just so Kubina doesn't get the ice time.

Having gone 2-6-2 in their last 10 and FULL if injuries, Chicago does indeed seem to have fallen out of contention.. yet they are still only 7 points back with 35 games left (a possible 70 points), and if they made one or two trades I wouldn't count them out yet.

Personally I think the Canucks have to make a trade or else THEY may not even make the playoffs! And if they don't, I would win $500!
