Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

Leetch, as I’ve been constantly reminding people, has a lot against him. He’s old. He’s lost a step or two. He is way too error-prone. He is horrible in the corners and easily muscled off the puck.

Glen Sather shouldn’t make the Sandis Ozolinsh mistake again.

If that is exactly what the Rangers need then they are welcome to his services. As a Flyers fan, I’d love to see Leetch go back to New York – it would just make them easier to beat again.

it is commonly known in the tri-state area that rangers fans are thick headed, delusional, blowhards.

it is also commonly known in the hockey world that the islanders have been a more impressive and winning franchise over the last 36 yrs than the rangers. the rangers have won 2 cups in the last 50 yrs. and have been inconsistent to say the least.

please do not start debating the overall nature of the organizations (which is implied in your idiotic gm remark). the isles are clearly the better one over the past 36 yrs.

If it’s not broke, don’t fix it. He’s not a gamebreaker, but does it make sense to trade him for Leetch, who is not going to be around for long? No. Roszival does his job in his own end. That’s all I care about. You don’t know that Malik would play well with Leetch, but we do know that he and Roszival have good chemistry on the ice. And yes, I do watch every Rangers game. Roszival was not a weak link in the chain.

Staal is at LEASt a year away. He’s still very, very young.

Ozolinsh is so far down the depth chart, it doesn’t even matter, when it comes to him.

Rachunek got very good reviews for his play in Russia. Plus, he’s a younger player. He was already a pretty decent defenseman when he left for Russia. Why bring in Leetch for a year or so, and not give a guy like Rachunek, who has some upside, some ice time. It makes zero sense.

OzO is not going to play this year.. maybe in Janurary but they already said he is prob out for a while. Rosival sucks dude and I’d deal him right now while he ahs value. Malik is awasome and would play better with Leetch. Staal might not be 100% ready… and thats about that. Bottom ine is Rosival sucks and thats the truth if you’ve watched the game’s he played. He was nothing without Malik. Malik I would not deal at all because when he didn’t play.. we lost.
