Lots of contracts coming off the books. Coming out of the lockout/this season, this will be the Leafs:

Centres (3) -
Mikhail Grabovski, $5.5 million - 4 years
James VanRiemsdyk, $4.25 million - 5 years
Jay McClement, $1.5 million - 1 year
+
Joe Colborne - RFA

Wingers (6) -
Phil Kessel, $5.4 million - 1 year
Nikolai Kulemin, $2.8 million - 1 year
Tyler Biggs, $1.1 million - 2 years
Carter Ashton, $1 million - 1 year
Matt Frattin, $925 K - 1 year
Mike Brown, $737 K - 1 year
+
Nazem Kadri - RFA

Defense (4) -
Dion Phaneuf, $6.5 million - 1 year
Mike Komisarek, $4.5 million - 1 year
J-M Liles, $3.9 million - 3 years
Jake Gardiner, $1.1 million - 1 year
+
Carl Gunnarsson - RFA
Korbinian Holzer - RFA
*Cody Franson - current RFA

Goalies -
James Reimer, $1.8 million - 1 year
Ben Scrivens, $600 K - 1 year

*I Only included a couple prospects who would be more likely to make the team, such as Colborne, Kadri, Biggs etc. Could always be surprises within the organization.

The one guy who is likely to receive a legitimate offer on lengthy extension is Joffrey Lupul.
Some questionable players to return beyond this season include MacArthur, Bozak, Connolly, Lombardi, and Steckel.

Absolutely. The NHL is really f*cking up here. If the season starts on time they're on the verge of really breaking new ground in the US. The NHL without a lockout isn't that far from an expansion to 32 teams.

Seattle and Quebec City in 2-3 years. 4 divisions of 8 nice balance. If you had to move two I'd consider Phoenix and Florida but again the NHL and NBC don't want too lose any more major media markets.
