The Coyotes got the short end of the stick with having to play the Sharks, Ducks, Stars and Kings a total of 32 times. This offseason has been a very good one for them though, signing Owen Nolan, Georges Laraques, Jeremy Roenick, and Jovocop. I also fully agree that the Pacific division is overlooked a lot, it could easily be the most competitive one. And once again, great article nordiques100.

Thanks, this was the best article in a while. And as a Coyotes fan I have to say I appreciate this attention on the Pacific Division, who I feel is often neglected.

Also I have to add that I think the Coyotes are icing the best team they have had in a while and, while normally, they would have made the playoffs with a team like this they may just be in too tough a division. I really think this is going to be the toughest division this year. Yet, I will remain optimistic, and like every other year I will predict that the Yotes will overcome this hurdle and still make the playoffs. Heck, I even think they will win a playoff series finally!!
