MTL sucks they still havnt made a move now quit making up these moves untill they happen no-one wants to come play for this crappy team anyways

They love playing here, but they can't move their families to Montreal. If they have a 10 year old kid and only plan to stay here three years, what are they going to do - have them study in French for three years then go back to an English school? If a player has a family, Montreal schools are an issue.

Even Carbo decided to go back to Dallas for two years so his daughter could finish high school in English.

I hope Eric Daze's rehab from his last injury is going well and that maybe he can stay healthy. While I know it's a real real long shot to hope for that, he is a Montreal native and had always said he'd love to play for the Habs. He's awesome when he's healthy...

elias, shanahan, st. louis, arnott, lecavalier, pronger, guerin, and most of all poti are not coming to montreal.

free agents rarely if ever want to come to a city where they have to pay high taxes and their kids can't attend English schools.

Gainey wouldn’t waste money on garbage like Poti. I know he has something cooking up. He knows where the habs are going and he WILL get it done for us.
