If I'm Sather, I wanna make another push for Nash, then try to sign Parise, then this would maybe be plan C.

I've also heard that the Preds would consider packaging Radulov with Lindback for an impact player.

Yeah, my main concern is what happens when Gabby comes back?

Rads, Richards, Gaborik (Rads would have to play left wing)
Kreider, Dubinsky/Stepan, Callahan
Hagelin, Anisimov, Stepan
Prust Boyle Rupp

Hagelin drops from first line to 3rd. Anisimov/Stepan have to fight for the Center spot. Boyle becomes a 4th line player.(not that I care about him) No room to call up JT Miller (not that he'll be a definite to make the team) Parise is out. :( I guess you can move Gaborik to second line and Rads to play right wing on first line/ or reversed.

It's certainly an interesting play. Having him be a replacement for Gaborik for a few months, but then when Gabby comes back? That's a deadly top 6 with Radulov, Gaborik, Richards, Callahan, Kreider

Poile could get a decent amount for him. he's not a UFA so whoever acquires him has his rights no matter what. It all depends on whether or not he is staying in the NHL or not. no team will trade for him without a deal in place prior.

But it could be a win/win for both the Preds and whatever team acquires him. He's a talented, talented player.

If the Devils lose Parise, I could see Lou taking a flyer on him. Hoping having Kovi around might keep him a little more in line.
