Totally forgot about a perfect fit but he's a RFA. How about Michael Ryder. Right handed shot. Back to back 30 goal seasons….without the twins. He would be a consistent 30-40 goal scorer on their line.

o the twins are the gayest move in hockey for sure. brothers who have played with each other their whole lives including pro and look exacatly alike picked 2nd and third. they may be good but for god sake's they use one picture for both of them. henrik sedin to daniel sedin back to henrik…..gay what dweebs

The only one I'm fond of in your list is Kariya. Everyone knows he'd love to play in Vancouver, but aside from that he is a class act, a team player, and a true bonified sniper.
Blake in my books is a one hit wonder. I don't think he'll ever score 40 goals again, and I don't want to overpay a guy who will never produce numbers like that again. He's a mid 20's kind of goal scorer even with the twins. Also, I get the idea he's kind of a me first kind of guy.
Nagy is a little to much of a playmaker. He is not the shot first kind of guy the Sedins need to set up...plus he plays too soft.
Kalder would be a long shot, and he may even produce. But like Blake, I think the most you'd get out of him is 22-28 goals a year and when you put someone with the twins you'd expect at lest the 33 goals that Carter scored two years back.
Lupul and Hunter would be great fits for relatively cheap. Kariya would be great on that line, but would come at a bit higher price. Even with the home town discount your looking at $4 million a year. Where as Lupul and Hunter would come in at around $2 - $2+ million a year.

I agree it would be a good idea to bring him up to the team but I really hope Nonis can land a proven player in the NHL for the Sedins. Jaffray would be a good third line guy perhaps he would fit well with Ryan Shannon

ive skimmed through the free agents and ive come up with a few people who might fit the bill.. some of them not so young but they are a type of player im talking about here..

Wishlist for the Sedins

#1 Jason Blake: Perfect person to play with the Sedins right now he can score and hes fast hes the exact person we want with these guys.

#2 Ladislav Nagy: Now i wasnt exactly impressed with him in the playoffs with Dallas but I do think he would be a good fit with the Sedins.. hes no jason blake but he would do for now.

#3 Paul Kariya: now i know what you guys are thinking NO WAY! but i really wouldnt mind giving him a shot with the Sedins for a year and see what they do they could have some serious chemistry if given the chance.

Those guys would all be very hard to land... so here is my most realistic player to go with these guys

Kyle Calder: He would come much cheaper than the three above and hes the type of player that could break out and have a huge year.

The Canucks have signed LW Jason Jaffray to a 2-year (2-way deal), financial terms were not disclosed.

Hopefully he will carry over the talent from the AHL the had last year while possibly playing with the Sedins

I've thought and said it for some time now, how about Joffrey Lupul or Trent Hunter. Lupul = young gunner Hunter = net presenceTo answer your question, I don't think there is any way that Vancouver wants Zherdev. After finally getting rid of one bad seed in the dressing room (cough…cough…Bertuzzi) and getting a team atmosphere there is no way they will spoil that with Zherdev.
