I would argue that Boyle is as good as Suter anyway's. If he's on the block Boyle would arguably be the best d-man available, even considering Suter.

once Suter is signed, Boyle if avail becomes the best player, IMO at least dman wise.

They can really get some good pieces back for what they currently have. I mean to list off a few who could bring in a nice return.

1. Boyle

2. Marleau

3. Clowe

4. Pavelski

All could bring in a good bit of picks/prospects not to mention once Suter and Stuart are signed Boyle becomes BPA so he could get a nice return come July first.

The Sharks are a very interesting case.

I think Marleau and Clowe are arguably as good as gone.

Pavelski maybe as well. He had a poor playoff.

They need to be younger and deeper. I just don't think they could compete without the Thornton line on the ice or Boyle not on the backend, especially against the deep Blues team.
