I agree that Kaberle would do more but Burke is going to want to get the better of Chia if a deal is made. Hemsky doesn't play center he plays on the wing, if the Bruins could get Hemsky thier top 6 would look really good.

Hemsky has 1 more year on his contract so he can't walk for nothing. Hemsky and a PMD aquired in another trade would make Boston legitimate cup contenders in the east.

Its not really a waste if it gives the Bruins a shot at the cup for the next 2 years. Part of the benfit of playing in such a weak divsion is that the Bruins can more or less pencil them selves in as gauranteed to make the playoffs.

Eventually the Bruins are going to have to take a gamble and they still have a very deep prospect pool to draw from. Having Seguin play 3rd line minutes is a waste of talent, the only way it makes sense is if the Bruins will trade away one of Bergeron (25) or Krejci (24) in the next few years.

i do attend another hockey site. i used to add to this site years ago. got sick of fanatic habs and leaf fans that are so into the kool aid they dont know if it is night or day.

i think thomas kaberle is a much more realistic player the bruins will go for.

the bruins will try and go with krejci and bergeron who SHOULD be the one and two centers despite any injury to an aging savard.

i am well aware of the bruins situation. and i am a realistic fan to know they dont have the horses to sell the farm for rental players that are not going to push them over the top anyway.

if they waste prospects and torontos picks on a rental player or a over priced softee in brad richards then i will be very upset with their moves.

Proposing a trade on a trade site. My mistake.

The Bruins are barely holding onto the divsion lead in the worst divsion in hockey, in a conference that is vastly inferrior to the West. (Your Bruins are 3-7-2 when they play against the west).

Hemsky would add the play maker lost when Savard went down again, the secound round pick is going to be 31 or 32 so its like a late first and Smid is a serviceable d man with an expiring contract.

If you don't add anything to the site and just troll please do everyone a favor and go to a different site.

Kind of sensing a slide. While the offense has probably even picked up lately, the bread and butter of the team (defense/pk/goaltending) has done a 180 lately.
