Good to see another shutout but I feel we’re really riding a hot goalie right now. That game could easily have gone the other way. Once we’re in their end the team is pretty good at sustaining pressure but getting there is a problem. Our breakout is pretty weak. As solid as our D have been in general I really feel like we’ll be that much better when Gardiner comes back (assuming he regains his form).

Kessels shot was nuts. Good to see Kadri continue to produce regardless of line mates. He was buzzing all game with Colton Orr as a winger and hopefully gets Macarthur going.

Tomorrows game is pretty huge, 9th place Tampa. A win puts us pretty comfortably ahead of them but a loss and they’re right on our ass.

The season is short and thing are closer then most think. Add that to the games are inter conference and things can change in a hurry.
